Warranty, Service & Support

Warranty - all equipment supplied by OMi comes with a comprehensive 12 month on-site warranty. The Company provides telephone, on-site and on-line support nationwide using its’ fully trained and dedicated team of engineers.

Extended warranty – this is an optional cover providing peace of mind and protection against potentially expensive repair bills.  Just like our original warranty, it covers all parts, on-site support and includes our comprehensive Annual System Service (A.S.S.). We currently offer extended warranty options of 12 and 36 months which can be purchased at time of order or within 12 months from installation. Additional costs may apply if purchased after 12 months.   

Annual System Service (A.S.S.) – the A.S.S. is the first step for ensuring your system continues to perform as safely and faultlessly as the day it was purchased. The service is designed to reduce potential down time and prolong the life time of the system. It includes an extensive list of safety, operational tests and maintenance tasks.   

Support – using our fully trained technical team, we provide telephone, on-line and on-site support nationwide. We aim to provide on-site support within 5 working days of notification and diagnosis of a fault. Our normal hours of service are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Where required, we can provide a bespoke service to satisfy customer requirements.

Training

Most OMi systems are supplied with two free on-site training sessions. Following installation, our expert team will provide hand-over training (lasting about an hour), then when you are ready to move onto the next level, we will come back to conduct the follow-up training (lasting half a day) and show you how to get the most out of your system.

We now offer additional training for Teachers by Teachers, there are 3 options to choose from;

Refresher Session (twilight/half day) - This is ideal for those who have had the addition of new members of staff and feel that the OMi system is not being used to its’ full potential or generally need some fresh ideas to maximise the impact of using the system as a tool for learning, teaching and therapy.

Resource Creation Session (half day/full day) - This is a hands on session with a small number of staff who are already using the OMi system/s and are keen to be more involved in the personalisation and creation of resources with particular pupils/curriculum themes in mind.

Bespoke - (half day/full day) - Tell us what your needs are and we will tailor a training package that meets your staff/pupil needs.
